Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via UPS, FedEx, or USPS generally takes 5 to 8 business days for delivery. Please note that during peak holiday seasons or sales events, delays may occur. If an item is backordered, we will notify you with an updated estimated delivery time.

  • Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9.99. Express shipping rates are calculated by the carrier based on the weight of your order.

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over $75.00 (excluding shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Canada, which are not eligible for free shipping).

  • Once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or modify it for any reason. Please double-check your order before completing the checkout process.

  • Carriers can sometimes experience delays, especially during peak seasons. If your order is delayed by more than 5 business days, feel free to contact us and we’ll help track it down.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes! Email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update your address before it goes out.

  • If your package is lost or misdelivered, we will investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we’ll replace the items or issue a refund, including shipping charges. If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we cannot offer a refund.

  • If your package is undeliverable or refused, it will be returned to us. Return shipping fees may apply. If you choose not to have it re-shipped, we will refund the merchandise cost, but original shipping and return fees will be deducted.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. You can use it anytime to see where your package is.

  • Please check with neighbors, your mailbox, or your building’s front desk first. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll help sort it out.

  • Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS only. Please note that delivery times to military addresses may vary depending on location and military mail handling.

Returns & Refunds

  • Yes, we offer refunds on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached, within 30 days of delivery.

  • You can request a refund within 30 days after receiving your order, as long as the items are in original condition with tags attached.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item or size, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for us to process your refund or send out your exchange.

  • Yes! Sundaze covers the return shipping cost, because cozy shopping should be stress-free.

    Please note: Free return shipping is available for orders within the continental U.S. only. Return shipping costs for orders from Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are the responsibility of the customer.
