Return Policy
At Sundaze, our goal is for you to love every piece you order — but we understand that returns happen. That’s why we’re committed to making the return process as simple and stress-free as possible.
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached, within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Please note that any item purchased with a discount code of 30% or more is considered Final Sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item or size, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the damage or error so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We make every effort to represent product colors accurately in our images. However, variations may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings. These color differences are not considered defects, but you are still welcome to return the item if you are not satisfied.
Return Shipping Fees
We offer free return shipping for customers within the continental United States.
However, orders shipped to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are not eligible for free return shipping. Customers in these locations are responsible for all return shipping costs.
