Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from New York and are typically processed within one to two business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or modify it for any reason.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer standard shipping via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 and typically takes 5 to 8 business days for delivery. Standard shipping is free for orders over $75.00, excluding shipments to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. These locations are not eligible for free shipping.

Express Shipping

If you require express shipping, please contact us before placing your order so we can assist you with available options. All express shipping will be charged, and a physical address is required for expedited delivery services, as UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping to Canada

We currently ship to Canada. Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are not included in your order total and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. We do not cover international duties or taxes.

APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS only. Delivery times to military addresses may vary depending on location and military mail handling.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occur during peak holiday periods and promotional sales events. If an item in your order is backordered, we will notify you by email with the estimated delivery timeframe.


Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit or misdelivered, we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will replace your items if available. If replacements are not possible, we will issue a refund, including any shipping charges. However, if the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, it will be returned to us. All customers in Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we will refund the cost of the merchandise only. The original shipping fee and any applicable return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
